Corn Holds Key Support Ahead of WASDE

December corn continues to test the key support level near $4.40, with traders watching closely to see if the market can once again find buying interest and bounce from that area. Attention is also turning toward Thursday’s WASDE report, which could provide the next major catalyst for price direction.

Meanwhile, global demand remains a focal point. Chinese purchases of Brazilian soybeans for the 2026-27 marketing year are now estimated to exceed 9 million metric tons. Most of those purchases are slated for February through April shipment, although some volumes have reportedly been booked for September and October delivery as well.
