A Conversation with Constance Cullman

(NASHVILLE, TN) — As we look to close out the year, I had the chance to sit down for a wide-ranging and important conversation with the leader of the American Feed Industry Association.

Constance Cullman is the American Feed Industry Association’s (AFIA) president and CEO. She also serves as the president of AFIA’s public charity, the Institute for Feed Education and Research. In addition to these roles, she is serves on the board of directors for the Global Feed Life Cycle Assessment Institute’s board of directors and in Oct. 2025, she was unanimously elected to serve as board chair for the International Feed Industry Federation. In 2024, Cullman was reappointed to serve on the U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service’s Agricultural Policy Advisory Committee.
